Why Wiccans must be politically active

I have a great quote from Amber Laine Fisher's Philosophy of Wicca:

Wiccans have an obligation to manifest the Goddess in all Her many forms, and when we choose not to do this, when we make the conscious decision to sit and do nohting, we are allowing harm to exist, and therefore we are responsible for that harm. Inaction can be as brutal as action. (Emphasis added)
